Understanding our urgency to have the a system installed, Robin came the same day, provided a very reasonable price and within a week they came and completed the job. They were done in a few hours, went over all their work with me and they cleaned up so well, honestly you would never know they were here. Anyone looking for an authorized Bosch servicer in the Mississauga area, definitely call Maytag Metro Service. They’re amazing. We have a Bosch dishwasher that after 5 years it suddenly stopped working. Called Bosch and found that the cost to send their technician was way too expensive. The list of authorized servicers in my area all had terrible reviews except Maytag Metro Service. When I called, I received great customer service and they were able to send a technician out in 2 days. They confirmed timing the night before and the technician, Matthew, arrived on time. He conducted a thorough analysis of dishwasher and found that installers didn’t connect the wiring in the junction box correctly. Tested it thoroughly to make sure the issue was resolved and everything was working correctly. Great customer service, professional and knowledgeable technicians and fair pricing. While calling Reliance can be painful due to their long wait times and in the past, their furnace/ac maintenance was terrible/basic (due to them sending out sub-contractors), I was pleasantly surprised how thorough, knowledgeable and professional the technician was that came today for my furnace maintenance. Maxima took care of replacing all the aluminum on the house. After removing the existing fascia, they found issues with the length of roof rafters. The team informed us right away, discussed options and then went and bought the necessary supplies to ensure the job was done properly and safely. I had quotes from over 7 companies (roofers and aluminum companies). Gennadiy was the most responsive, professional and his pricing was competitive and lower than most roofing companies.
