Norm from Whitby

I thought this inspector did an OK job until I found 2 covered floor vents in my large living room. A floor was installed over the vents and the holes were never cut out. I had to feel the floor to find the hot spots and cut the holes myself. The holes were filed with paper and garbage and don't know how long it was like that for. This room was very cold and a good inspector would have caught this. Do not choose this inspector for your new home
