Had a little flood last night in the basement by the main drain - seems the kitchen drain pipe had broken at the junction to main drain. I did a quick google search for reputable plumbers in Mississauga and City Rooter came up. Thanks to Homestars good review of City Rooter, I had no hesitancy to book an appointment with Alex from City Rooter. I email him a photo of the problem - got a reasonable quote for repair - Alex was here within 2 hours and fixed the problem in 30 minutes - I can recommend City Rooter and will use them again (hopefully not too soon :)

I’ve used this company in the past for carpet cleaning - always came out nice on my Dupont Stain Master carpets. So after I had the grandkids all over for Christmas - my sofa + love seat needed some tender loving cleaning. I scotch guarded the 2 in the past, so I had a much better chance of getting the stains out. Richard came over and explained a number of tips to keep the sofa’s lasting longer (much appreciated) I never felt pressured at any time to buy anything - and his price was reasonable for my Cotton-Poly blend sofa material ($120 for the 2) I did some research and decided to get the professional 3M fabric protector applied at the same time ($60 for the 2 pieces) I now have the 2 pieces looking like new again (ps - its much cheaper to take care of your sofa’s - especially if they are of a good quality - than to replace them prematurely due to staining) ps = no charge for the sanitization :) He almost got out all the stains

June 25 - Review update - I did finally get a call and a quick visit to correct my concerns - a right step - so I am happy again with their response/raised the star rating June 23 - This company killed by vegetable garden a few years ago - for some reason I decided them give them a chance again over the last couple of years - grass is nice and green after it fertilized - not many weeds - thank you - but the request I made to spray weed killer in the play area has been ignored this year - no response to my emails - not sure whats going on here - but they need to respond in a timely fashion - thats what good customer service is all about.

Thanks Homestars - I found Raymond thru Homestars reviews and I wasn't disappointed. This small computer shop does honest work for a reasonable price. All my questions were quickly answered and I had my computer back by the end of the day. I will definitely use Raymond again in the future. Thanks!

I had a small shower stall reglazed in 2009 by this company($800). The first few years the job held up ok but in the 3rd year it started peeling. After many voice messages left I finally got a hold of someone. I was told that even though it was still under a 4 yr warranty, I should pay another $700 and have it re-sprayed with a better result this time - I took them at their word but within weeks the peeling started again (worse than before). More voice messages - no reply. I've wasted this money and now have to replace all the tiles - avoid this company!
