Charlene carefully reviewed our requirements and designed the perfect floor to ceiling cabinets with drawers and space for all of our shoes, coats and other items needed at the Front Door. She even suggested solutions for every storage issue and assisted with building the units. We now have a place for everything and a beautiful stylish entryway. Thank you Charlene!

We do have issues with a crunching sound under an area of the new floor, but apparently there is nothing that can be done. Kris was very attentive and has gone out of his way to ensure our satisfaction.

We went to Vinyl window Pro for the second time because they did a great job for a fair price in 2011 when they replaced a door and window with a patio door plus replaced 3 other windows. When we decided to do an entire main floor renovation we did not even go to any other window company, we just had Vinyl Window Pro come do this job. There were a couple of anticipated challenges with our job so we had design plans and a city permit drawn up. The 2 new doors were installed and only needed some adjustment later on. I absolutely love the blinds inside the doors! We had our kitchen window enlarged and brand new window cut into our dining area as well. Although there were some issues with the support of these windows, Vinyl Window Pro was very responsive to our concerns and immediately dealt with it to our complete satisfaction. Yuri even called me to follow up and wish me Merry Christmas. We chose to use a different trim than what Vinyl Window Pro provides (although theirs is also very nice) and would have posted this review sooner except we only accomplished finishing the trim this week. I would definitely recommend Vinyl Window Pro (and I already have).
