Where do I start...Jordan showed up on 1 days notice after I found him on Kijiji. He quoted me some Goodman and Amana products as that was his bread and butter. His quote came in well under half of the big boys cost - McKinley, Otto, and Furnace Solutions. I exclaimed to him that I was interested in Napoleon as it was a Canadian company. Without hesitation, he said no problem and got me a quote right away...basically the same cost as the above mentioned Amana and Goodman. We agreed on a 50% down payment in order to purchase the equipment...which makes sense as he is a one man operation. Once Jordan arrived he had all the equipment and was ready to begin. We planned for a 4 day install but it didn't take that long at all!! Jordan arrived on a Friday morning at approx 8am and worked tirelessly until about 7pm. I gave him a hand ripping out my 2 old 50 gal water tanks, and the old furnace. As he began drilling vent holes and running wires to my panel box, i rebuilt a necessary wall for my Tagaki T-H3-DV-N tankless unit. We got the tankless 100% in on day 1. We decided to start are 2nd day a bit later for the furnace install. I went with a Napoleon 9700. Quiet, efficient, and very sexy unit! He began around 9am and worked all day till around 6pm. The furnace went in well and almost all was prepared and installed for my 14 Seer 2.5 tonne A/C unit. The 3rd and final day Jordan arrived to finish to exterior vent piping, seal up all loose ends, and do a fantastic clean up. I never even knew he was there at all. He booked our inspector for the following day. Unfortunately here in Edmonton there is no window for his arrival so we had to wait from 8am till almost noon before he finally showed up - pretty stupid system if you ask me!!! When he showed up all was perfect and he was gone in 20 minutes. Jordan worked efficiently, didn't ask for much, didn't take breaks, and made me wish all contractors were like him. I am 100% pleased with his work quality, his professionalism, and above all the fact he saved me almost $10K over the other guys!!! I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality and a speedy install without all the overhead crap the big guys will try to sell you on. Thanks again J i appreciate it! After considering several quotes, I decided to go with Canadian Choice Windows. Max my sales rep made it very easy for me to make this happen. The quality of the windows is far superior than anything else on the market, and the service is excellent. I would recommend to all in making the same choice I did. Cheers!
