Hampton Kitchens supplies the cabinetry to Landmart Homes. This company is one of the key reasons that Landmart gets such a terrible name. Some of this is the result of them being a sister company as well. Our experience is that the products are fine, we're happy with the way they look and perform. The issue is the service, specifically their customer service coordinator. It takes multiple calls and continuous follow up to get anything done. When it is done, begrudgingly you still have to deal with a grumpy installer in your home. Who in our case forgot to take some doors back with him and has forgotten them and lost them...2 months later, I still have an open cabinet while I wait for them to get the door to complete my kitchen. TL;DR - Poor customer service is the problem with this company, not their product. I'll never recommend them to anyone.

We elected to purchase with Landmart as a result of the perfect location they were building. Overall we have been happy with the experience and workmanship Landmart has provided, any negatives are a result of their partners. The process from initially signing papers with Ron Wood to the Decor Centre was painless. Exciting even, Victoria was fantastic along with the rest of the team in Ancaster. We are very happy with our selections and the guidance they provided during that process. They were on time with delivery and worked their butts off to make sure it was finished. I was local enough to be able to observe the house going up regularly. By the time the house had closed they had a handful of major items to wrap up and they were done by week's end. Being the second house I've bought new, this was acceptable to me and their quick action to make sure we were happy and comfortable was appreciated. Sebastian has been a total go to guy here at Escarpment Estates. Keeping us abreast of all issues and timelines facing people who needed to come in and fix the small issues within our house, staying on top of the PDI items and our 30 day actionables. The hiccups we've seen are the result of the trades. It's not the work that's the problem, it's the timeliness of the work. A couple of cupboards are incomplete and still outstanding and Hardwood still needs to be perfected. Both of these trades have been contacted by myself and Landmart with minimal success. It is admittedly frustrating and the reason for not giving them a 10/10. I do have confidence that these items will be rectified in the near future as a result of Sebastian and the team's persistence. Overall the workmanship looks good, I've had numerous guests (professionals included) comment on the great little additions you find in this house, simple things like deep window wells, tall ceilings and great views as a result of well placed windows. Don't let the reviews scare you from Landmart, they are standing behind their product and working in a fast paced environment and following up with their customers on a regular basis. With a little more accountability from their contracted tradespeople and they'll have a product people won't be able to complain about.
