Jason and his team did a great job, opening up my deck and digging down to the footing, water proofing and re-installing the window well and deck. Since they came in August, I have had no further leaks into my basement.

Approximate cost of services:
$1,800.00

Met with the Brighworks team back in October and reviewed their proposal versus other competitors. I found the pricing was competitive and their responsiveness was fantastic. After going through the application process with the OPA, the panels were installed and power turned on in May. I have had not issues with the system since it was installed and have started receiving my payments from Toronto Hydro. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

Approximate cost of services:
$33,000.00

Yaron at Tip Top Eaves did a great job diverting my downspouts away from the house and suggesting a path that would be functional and would look great all at a reasonable cost.

Hi Ali,
Thank you for the review, will it be possible to change the name of the company to SOLID EAVESTROUGH instead of TIP TOP ?
Thank you again ,

This is the second house I have owned that I have used Clarke Basement Systems with. I upgraded my house's sump pump with a pump and backup from Clarke Basement Systems in December. With that I added the iceguard to ensure that water would continue to be expelled during winter. This past Family Day weekend I heard my backup alarm and went down to investigate. I noticed that the pit was full of water and the pumps were not expelling water. I disconnected them so as not to ruin the motors and called Clarke Basement Systems. I had someone come by on a Sunday to resolve the problem with ice in my gooseneck. They did a great job.
