I was looking for a basic set of water filtration system so my friend recommended this store to me as she also bought a set of water filters from them. The owner was helpful in explaining the impurities in tap water and the need for a good filter to eliminate toxins and chemicals to promote better health. I purchased a regular filtration system and arranged for installation as well. The price was reasonable and it has been working well so far.

The furniture store where I was buying a sofa didn't include delivery so they arranged a delivery company for me with a reasonable cost. I was living in a condo so I had to book the elevator. The delivery guys arrived late but it was fortunate that no other resident has booked the elevator right after my scheduled time slot. They handled the furniture with care and were very helpful in moving it to where I wanted it to be. Good customer service but it could have been better if they could call ahead when running late.

After doing research on window films we decided it's worthwhile to get it given the peace of mind. We sent a few emails to Apex to inquire about price and installation and they were prompt in replying emails. The quote of doing the window films on the main floor and the basement was reasonable so we went ahead to buy from Apex. We are very satisfied with the product and the outstanding service.
