I stated using Homestars over a year ago. The first customer service coach I had was unreliable and unprofessional. I was very disappointed with their customer service and lack of response time. I tried many time to contact Homestars directly but no one ever returned my calls. I had many reviews that were 100% legit but never posted and there was no one to every call or email so I could question what the problem was. After their website was redone and a new customer service coach hired there was a HUGE improvement. Every call was answered, email returned, every review published and any help I needed Scott took care of it. I am very happy with Homestars now and will continue to be a loyal customer. If I was asked to write this review 6 months ago it would not have a happy ending. Scott Bradshaw changed that for me.
