After doing some research on home inspectors, we found Terry's company, quickly called him and was able to accommodate us on a short notice. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and answered our questions at the time. He identified issues that requires immediate action as well as future fixes and included cost estimates. He was able to inspect areas where the sellers own inspector were not able (or did not bother) to inspect. When we needed some advice on certain fixes or required more clarifications on the house months after the purchase, he was still very helpful. In the end we were very pleased with his service and would use him again.
