Wonderful company & Nick did a great job. He was easy to contact and got everything fixed quickly. He explained the problems clearly, and was very good at giving advices on how to get future fixtures and the things to worry about. The price was affordable for the high quality of work done. I will definitely call him again if we have plumbing issues.

The master bedroom closet was properly organised according to designs Dan and I had previously talked about. He was very knowledgeable and helpful at giving me all advantages and disadvantages of the many designs I had him draw! The final product is clean and useful. The pantry was also finished and can now hold all the Tupperware we own! Anthony did a fantastic job at building everything up, while paying attention to details. He cleaned everything at the end, and was kind enough to stay a while after so I could pick his brain about another possible contract. I am very satisfied with Tailored Living and will call them again.

National Home Services decided to shut down our water heater and furnace for safety reasons--it was leaking. The water heater had to be completely replaced. Water damage was starting to show in the levels below in our townhome, but National Home Services was taking it's sweet time: they rescheduled the replacement 3 times, leaving us with no heat nor hot water for 3 full days and nights (the last night was -23 degrees). I called Nazeer from Encore Heating. His team was at our house working on the new combo unit within 12 hours! He even remembered that we have 2 young children! The technicians (Akeel and Fasal) were friendly and worked non-stop until the job was done. Excellent service from this company, we are extremely happy with our new combo water heater: it is worth every penny. I highly recommend Nazeer and his team, whether you do business with them directly or through RONA.

Late at night, we had water coming out of the ceiling in the kitchen and did not know exactly where it was coming from. Alex came in the morning, did a thorough inspection/diagnostic, and quickly found the problem. He clearly explained to me the issue (in a language I could understand!) and got to work immediately. He worked diligently, with care, and fixed the leak for good. Without his expertise, we would have more water in our townhome. Thank you, Alex the Great!
