We had our furnace condemned by a another company due to crack in the heat exchanger. The same company quoted us a price that we could never afford hoping to push us into their rental program. We were referred to Ultra Comfort Guelph by my dad because they had serviced his old fireplace for years. We had the owner Morris over to give us an estimate. He was very professional and patient providing 3 different quotes and explaining the details of different furnaces. We were so pleased with him taking the time to educate us and his prices were not as high as the first person. He brought temporary space heaters for our family and sent his boys over the next day to install a new furnace for us. The job took those boys 8 hours but we were extremely pleased with their quality of work.The main reason we purchased from him was patience, honesty and he showed he cared! I am not an employee, relative or friend. We just enjoy great customer service specially in this field where there are a lot of uncaring commissioned sales people!
