Stemmed leak, replaced cut-off valve
A faulty valve was leaking water in our basement and Stepfano came out in the middle of the night to rectify the problem. He was timely, courteous and did an excellent repair job while coordinating his efforts with Toronto Water who had to cut-off our service and later restore it.
