They were constantly late for appointments, took 10 days, tore a hole in my cupboards and didn't fix the problem. When I called to complain, i was told off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

You were given approximate times of arrival. Since we are a mobile service times can not be exact due to traffic also if calls run over the expected time. As for the delay that was due to having to order parts from the manufacturer. As for the holes that needed to be drilled in your cupboards this was all explained to you before we began. They were not ripped into your cupboards they where done properly and professionaly. You were not told off when you called again you where told that times are approximate.As for the problem not being solved the tech tested your machine and found the issue to be resolved and ýou never said there was a problem with the machine when you called.
