We returned to Ultra Carpet & Flooring for our basement renovation because we were so pleased with our carpeting project in the past. Noor provided helpful advice and expertise to help us make the right decisions for our project. The service provided from the showroom to installation was friendly and professional. Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I have a total home protection plan. Furnace service calls are covered under the plan. When we woke up in a cold house, we called and a technician arrived within a few hours. The technician was amazing - professional, informative - he gave us advice, recommendations, tips and instruction far beyond what others have done in the past. True customer service and care.
