I would not recommend this company for snow removal. They are unreliable and wait until the snow storm ends before coming to clear the driveway. Also very late in returning to clear the snow after the street snow plows put more snow at the end of the driveway. Website says will clean snow before 6 AM , thats not correct it isnt done till noon ! Never answer/ return calls.

We had a big storm snowing from 9:00 Pm in Feb/1st to 9:00 Am in Feb/2nd. So we can not be expected to clean any snow before 6 in the morning, that task is simply impossible considering the amount of snow that has to be removed and also definitely the timing of storm that happened make it impossible, unless you are the one and only customer that we have to service, then maybe we could do that but then we had to come back again after 9:00 AM so that would make it 3 times in total considering one more time to come and clean after City trucks leaves a pile of snow. l Unfortunately we can not do any miracles, we have to be given some time in storms like this.
