We had a Navian Tankless Water Heater installed 7 years ago. We had problems with it from the start and were always losing power. I had Adrian in to look at something else related and he noticed the system was installed wrong. We had him come back to rebuild the system and are now hoping to finally have some confidence in it. I recommend DeMarco Mechanical Services as he was the first person that understood how to fix our problem. Adrian stuck with getting it fixed even though it was a complicated repair. I will be using him for all future work from now on.

I had a leak in my ceiling caused by the caulking drying and shrinking around skylights. I wasn't sure where the water was coming from. Owner Dale was able to figure out right away the problem and found a simple cheap solution to my problem. All was done right away for a minimum charge of $150. I would highly recommend this company for their honesty and knowledge about roofing problems.

We had our heating and hot water system replaced with a Navian tankless system. Our contractor had it subcontracted out but we had nothing but problems. On one of the coldest days of the year the system went down and we couldn't get any help from the installer. In desperation I started looking for someone else and found Kyle. We discovered the system was incorrectly installed and and needed to be replaced. Kyle was able to get a new system that was still under warranty in a day. We haven't had any problems and he has made changes and additions to make the system work even better. All prices have been fair and work completed quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone else that needs work on their tankless system.
