Geoff ,of R.E.I. Service, was on site promptly at designated time. He was received by the owner of the property and my brother, a professional contractor, who I asked to oversee and aid in the inspection, as I felt I lacking in the construction vernacular which could prove valuable in understanding all communications to transpire. Geoff was very receptive to request and positive to all interactions. My brother reported that Geoff was very thorough in the service being provided and pleasant to work with. The inspection took about 2 1/2 hours, at the end of which Geoff reviewed his impressions with both me and my brother and indicated all his orally reported findings would be followed up with a written report in a few days. The written report was received as promised and proved to reflect his thoroughness. I was very pleased with both the professional work done and the pleasant manner in which it was conducted.
