I wish that I had been warned about this company before I hired them. I've had a lot of bad experiences with tradespeople but this was by far the worst. Mark Burnham came to my house twice to quote the job. However, he clearly does not know how to quote a job properly. Even though nothing had changed on the day he started, he claimed that the contractor had left a mess for him to clean up. The "mess" was as it was the day before when he quoted the job and had there been a problem, he should have brought that up in advance so that I could have got the contractor to fix what he felt needed to be fixed. Instead, he ended up charging me significantly more than originally quoted. The worst part was that he did not cover the brand new bathroom floor and permanently stained many of the tiles. When I brought the issue to him, he was verbally abusive on the phone and refused to address the problem or even look at it. He claimed it was the contractor, when there is really no disputing that it is paint. There were spatter marks from a paint roller all over the floor in addition to drip marks and smears where someone had dripped paint and then tried to wipe it away, effectively staining the tile. I am showing one picture here but it is literally all over the tiles. He is not a professional. He seems to be doing this on the side without training or business sense.
