Surprisingly (for me), I had received great service from the brick mattress store! I had some bad experience in the past with buying furniture at the brick, and I certainly didn't like their typical salesman "tactics" and sales pitch. But the person I dealt with this time here was very nice. He spent time with us to talk about the different mattress, and even told us they will have a better sales price 2 weeks later and ask me to come back on that date. We end up buying a nice firm King Size Mattress. Unfortunately, the mattress was back ordered, and delivered 1 week late. Fortunately I have another bed in the house so that wasn't a big problem. The mattress is nice and comfy, and the price I paid is very reasonable.

Their prices are definitely better than big box store like futureshop, and generally you can negotiate some additional discount off their tag prices too. I couldn't comment much on their service since I didn't really use any. I did my research on the products I want, and I just went there to get a price and purchased them. The items were delivered on time, but I didn't have them hook it up for me. I don't believe they offer any satisfaction guarantee or return policy, so make sure the product is what you want before you go and buy it!

Our sister purchased from here before and recommended them to us. Service was very very good. The guys were knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and has a very good attitude. We picked a beautiful Canadian red oak floor in dark stain. Me and my wife both love the color and the patterns of the floor. Everything was delivered and started on time. We also replaced our carpet stair case into a wooden stair case for about $2000. The stair itself is beautiful, but now the older railing looks really aged when put against the newly finished stairs. So we might need to refinish our railing soon.

We had our carpet staircase replace with wood from them. They were recommended by a friend of ours. They were very professional, and the new staircase looks great! I found out later we also paid a very premium price. Neighbor of ours had the same staircase replaced for roughly half the cost. The quality of work is definitely better on ours, but if I knew about the price, I probably wouldn't mind the lower quality to save myself $1500+. 5 Stars on Workmanship 3 Stars on Price

We brought a bunch of blinds from them. The salesman were helpful and knowledgeable. There are a lot of models and design to choose from at a fair price. Unfortunately, a few of the roller blinds we have kept on breaking. They basically lose the tension and can't retract back anymore. Good thing is they offer life time warranty. It's been less than a year but we've already taken the blinds back twice to fix the problem. They usually take it back and fix it without any question, and we usually get it back within 3 or 4 days, but it is still a hassle. The rest of the blinds seem to hold up fine and we are happy with them.
