Company came out and told me that they could not do the Job because I needed other work done before they could clean it. I called 360 for a refund and they said that they would send another person for a second opinion. That person was scheduled twice but never showed up. It's been a month and no refund, furthermore I attained a different company who cleaned the ducts and mentioned that there were NO issues with my air system that would prevent them from doing the work. Beware.
