On Saturday my dryer started to make a noise. Although the GE dryer was not new it was under 3 years old. I started doing a search based on Mabe's website and found it disappointing. I came to the HomeStars website and came upon Vlad. I called and he was so friendly and he offered to come on Sunday. I declined but was impressed that someone would come on a Sunday. He came on Monday during the time we agreed. I was feeling anxious about the visit as I have heard stories about other repair men and I am one tough customer to deal with. I have to say Vlad really impressed me. He went over and above what I expected. The fee was excellent and I could have not been happier. I would recommend Vlad to anyone.
