In late 2021, my extensive condo renovation was finished and was able to finally enjoy my new home. It was a full gut job and reimagining of a very dated 1,400sq unit. Fast forward 11 months later and the real reason for this review of Moose. A few weeks ago, I noticed my hardwood floor buckling which appeared to be water damage. I have to admit, Ive heard horror stories that once a contractor finishes a Reno and has all your money, it takes ages for them to return or even worse, never to be heard of again. This couldnt have been further from the truth with Moose. After calling Steve, it was only a couple of hours before Alex came over to assess the situation. He was able to figure out the problem and immediately arranged for a plumber to come. The remaining scope of work included removing and replacing the 5 damaged hardwood planks, repairing the drywall, plastering and painting the affected areas in the bathroom & bedroom. The painter even re-caulked and painted my living room valances that had been affected by expansion & contraction. The workmanship by the plumber, flooring guys and painter was fantastic. I expected the coordination of the trades from their busy schedules and getting the work done would have taken months but it was only 2 weeks. Mark was in constant contact and ensured everything was expedited. I even received a call from Steve on a Saturday checking in to see if I was happy with the progress. Its one thing to find a great company to entrust your Reno which Moose is but the true measure is how they treat you AFTER the work is done and have been paid. I highly recommend Moose, and a special thank you to Mark, Alex & Steve.

The LUX team did an amazing job. They were professional, punctual and detail oriented. One of the areas they focused on was my new laquered kitchen cabinets. Not only did they do an expert cleaning of the insides but they also marked (with tape) all the small defects and scratches for me to address with my contractor.. Things that even l didn't notice. I highly recommend them and I will most certainly use them again!
