I would also strongly caution against using this company. I spent four weeks trying to book a buytopia voucher, only to eventually realize that Gus had no interest in honouring it. There is no way to reach him directly, as he uses a secretarial service. Multiple emails went unanswered until I sent one from a separate account, and failed to mention the disounted voucher - this email was replied to immediately.

These guys did an emergency boiler replacement just prior to the coldest day of 2010 for me. Dave took time out of his holiday party to make sure I was taken care of, the workers were friendly and very professional, and when I requested some tweaking after the install they were quick to take care of me.

We needed our chimneys inspected and had Alex give us a quote on tuck pointing as well. He's a friendly guy, gave us a reasonable number and he and his assistant worked hard for us for several days. The end result was professional and he did a good job mixing the mortar to match our existing intact mortar. When we later discovered an 8 foot nest in our chimney, Alex and Alex dug out the nest and repaired the wall skillfully. We've enjoyed several fires since!

With my fiance nervous about having any asbestos in the house at all, it was nice to have Dave come by and give us some honest feedback - no pressure to get the job done, he told us that we could safely live with the asbestos we have if we take a couple of DIY steps and gave us a rough estimate if we decide to go with the abatement - all in 15 minutes before work on a weekday morning.
