Between the quote and installation the timing was quite accurate. The work was completed on time and at every step of the way, the work was impecable. The site was always clean at the end of the work day, and the work was carefully attended to, in other words, the job was clearly professional.

We asked for a quote and when we purchased a Jolul wood stove we got it under the quote given, and we are very happly!! The service a the store was excellant, and when we picked up the stove, it was packaged well for transport. All in all we would recommend this store for any fireplace or wood heating.

Mr. McDougall listened very carefully to my needs for a TV cabinet and designed it to my specifications. In addtion, he conferred with me on the hardware, paying particular attention to the need for the hinges to carry the weight of the doors. I have been very happy with the TV Cabinet as is a fine piece of furniture, as well as a very useful object.
