Our furnace stopped making heat on a cold morning -16c outside, and gibbon was the first company we messaged. They came quickly and diagnosed our 30+ yr one is dead and not sure how to fix it. They made arrangement for the next day and let us borrow their little heaters so we and pipes don’t freeze over night. Next morning at 8:15 as they promised, they showed up and finished all the work by 3pm. Can’t be happier to have heat again. The owner himself came to give us quote and final check up after installation. Thanks for the quick great job!!

We found a possible water leak from dishwasher so called them in, the guy was very nice and helpful although we couldn't find a single drop when he was here so we couldn't get anything fixed, just paid for the service fee. It was not his fault though! I think when we pulled the dishwasher out before we called them, we must have fixed the problem ourselves without realizing it. Anyway no more leak and it was a good experience to see his trying hard to find the problem, he was very straight forward about pricing etc, the lady answered the phone sounded very nice, I really liked this company and this is where I'll be calling from now on when we have plumbing issues :)

Our son was claiming headaches on and off when we decided purchasing this package, I was concerned maybe he was showing an allergic reaction to something in the house. Not sure if that was the cause but after we got the cleaning done he has been doing great so I'm happy! Got a deal on Groupon, would have been a little over our budget without it but worked out nicely. Purchased filters and sanitizing package so it was more than the groupon itself but we think it was worth it. Love seeing cleaner ducts and not worrying about dirty air. The guy who came to our house was a nice guy, not pushy for their products that we could add on, and quite knowledgeable, not too chatty but didn't mind if I asked any questions etc. I am ready to call him again in a few years when we need the cleaning again ;)
