We hired these movers at an agreed rate of $50 per hour. They charged all these hidden/new costs that we were not told about ie. per stair in the house. Our things were held hostage in the middle of all the moving stress and employees were caught smoking weed. We ended up paying 3 times more! Our furniture were dented and damaged. We were not told about any of this inspite of numerous inquiries. The person who booked us apparently didn't work at the company that day.
