They came recommended by our contractor, The Home Improvement People. Great advice from Tony on design and the installers were on time and very courteous. Great job! We highly recommend them!

We live in a 120 year old house and so the issue is always 'what is behind the walls?' Ben wrote up our contract with the proviso that unexpected wiring or plumbing issues could result in higher cost. Fair enough, but the challenge is what is 'unexpected' in an old house? Well the HIP team did a fantastic job and, while we did come across some real and some questionable 'unexpected' issues, we were able to negotiate resolution in a fair way. We are absolutely delighted with the result and the crew was really great in keeping us involved in on-the-spot decisions. Work was completed quickly and, with the depth of the HIP Team, we were never left waiting for someone to show up. Great job!

Atlar was friendly, fast and honest in his work. Turned out the repair was very simple but his suggestions were extremely helpful. He came to us recommended by a neighbour and we will extend the recommendation!
