My condominium townhouse foundation suffered water intrusion for over two years. Interior epoxy injection by another contractor failed miserably. Finally the condominium management company contacted New Forte who were excellent. Their highly experienced staff excavated the exterior of the foundation wall and permanently corrected the water leak nuisance. All of the work was performed manually (no excavator) due to the restricted work area. New Forte personnel were very knowledgeable, hardwoking, courteous, highly motivated and took the time to explain the work in process as well as the materials and methods used to properly correct the water intrusion problem. Great to see such a highly professional work crew. Very well done.

Our townhouse experienced intermittent flooding in our den over a two year period. DryIt personnel did an excellent job drying the carpet with blowers and dehumidifiers as needed and removing the mould once the proper foundation repairs were made. DryIt staff always showed up on time, were very courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. We were very impressed with their technical expertise plus their exceptional customer focus. Job well done.

Pilon Contracting's solution to the problem was an epoxy injection application from the interior of the foundation. Water intrusion continued for one year thereafter at which time Pilon Contracting claimed there was a second foundation crack which they had not initially noticed. Another contractor has since properly and sucessfully repaired the exterior of the foundation wall - no further leakage has occurred.
