They exceeded my expectations. Gregory is like an artist with his creative and meticulous workmanship. Daniel oversees everything and is polite and very personable – he rolls up his sleeves and helps Gregory as needed. Elijah does a lot of the heavy work but always has a smile and is learning the trade. Brittany is at central control and is the point of contact for customers – a good set up because she is accessible, responsive and courteous. I would highly recommend Great Wall Masonry. Service repair call - Nick was the technician and he provided above and beyond customer service. I will definitely ask for him in the future. He explained everything in layman's terms and connected with a plumber tomorrow to finish the repair work. He politely convinced me to meet with a Sales person regarding a water softener.
