I had met with a number of contractors to get a quote for the installation of a central air and humidifer. However, after meeting with Cy Goh, I decided to go with Spring Home Heating & Cooling. He was quite forthright in terms of what I needed and had a willingness to educate the home owner. He left a good impression and the price quoted was very competitive. However, at first there was a language barrier and challenges in communicating with the technicians who did the installation, but Cy made sure to follow up and ensure all concerns and issues were addressed. The central air & humidifer were installed in May, 2011. It has been about two months and everything is working great. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Spring Home Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend them. Cy, thanks again for everything.

Brent performed the home inspection for us in early January/2010. He is quite knowledgeable in his field and is really down to earth and easy to work with. He is thorough and has a willingness to educate the home owner during the entire inspection process. To sum up, Classic Home Inspections provided an exceptionally high level of customer and home inspection service and is very deserving of the high rating. I hired Energy Crew back in July 2009. Unfortunately, the moving service they provided was sub-standard. Wes, who I guessed was in charge of the moving team, had a bad attitude. In addition, they damaged a number of my furniture. Their handling in addressing the damages to the furniture was not any better; it took many calls and much aggravation before I was compensated, 5 months later. During the whole ordeal, I tried visiting their office at 30 Burnhill Road. They do not operate out of this address. The address is for a residential apartment, which the management office mentioned to me that they had never heard of Energy Crew. I would be very cautious if deciding to hire Energy Crew.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews; however, with the great service I received from Arby Cartage, the least I can do is spend a few minutes in providing them with a positive review. Anil and his team helped us with our move back in Decemeber 2009. The moving service they provided was exceptional. Not only did they demonstarted a high level of professionlism and courtesy, Anil even provided free touch up service to the items that were damaged by a previous moving company. Anil and Arby Cartage are a class act and I would highly recommend their service, if you are looking for a stress free move. Anil - Thanks again for all your help.
