We recently had a 3' section of a supporting wall and 12' long ceiling bulkhead between our living and dining rooms removed by Elite Renovators, and a steel beam installed as a replacement. The end result was excellent. Steve walked us through the process before, during, and after the work was completed. It is unbelievable as to how much this opened up the overall area. A few months ago we were looking to replace our carpet with hardwood flooring in our living & dining rooms. We had looked around for a while then visited Acadian. Marius was very helpful in assisting us in selecting the best style and colour of hardwood and the price was what we were looking for. The installation was on time and done very efficiently. We were so impressed with the work done that we had Acadian back a month later to install hardwood on our stairs and upper hallway. Both areas look great and we have received compliments from people who visit. If you are looking for a good company for flooring, I would highly recommend that you give Acadian a visit.

A few months ago we were looking for someone to install pot lights in our dining room. We looked around for a while and then I found the good reviews for Mr. Potlight. We were only looking to have 6 pot lights installed, so I was not sure how quickly this could get done. I called them to inquire about what would be involved, what the price would be, when the job could be scheduled, and was convinced enough by what I heard to have them do the work. We were definitely not disappointed. The installers (4) came less than a week later and the job done was very impressive. They were fast, efficient, very professional, and took care to clean up afterwards. The end result lighting for the room was unbelievable. So much so that we had them back two weeks later to install 6 pot lights in the living room with the same great results. If you are looking for a company to install pot lights at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend considering Mr. Potlight.

This is the second time we have contracted Brock to install windows for us. Two years ago we had them install our front bedroom, kitchen, and back living room windows. We were so impressed with our first experience with them that we didn't hesitate to call them back for this job. The windows this time around were the same type as previously installed, but Mark who came to the house after we called was very knowledgeable about the products and our needs for the sliding door and helped us to pick the best option for us. We had the same installers this time as last time and as before, were very friendly and professional. There were no issues with the installation and they were very careful with protecting the floors, etc. in the house, and also did an excellent clean-up job afterwards. We are very happy with both end results and would definitely recommend Brock Windows to any of our friends and family.

We had not had our ducts cleaned in about 8 years and after some recent renovations it was definitely time. I found Dave's Duct Cleaning via Homestars and was very glad that I did. Brendan and Scott did a great job. They were very professional and friendly, advised me every step of the way, and answered every question that I had. The job was very thorough as I could not believe the difference between the before and after when Brendan showed me the pictures of the ducts. I will certainly call Dave's back when the time comes to have the job done again.

After the phenomenal job Snider Homes did for us last year renovating our kitchen and basement bathroom, there was no question that we would have them back to renovate our basement family room this year and we were not disappointed. Another fantastic job on time and on budget. Nick and his crew painstakingly removed the poorly built brick wood fireplace put in by the builders and replaced it with a much more pleasant and space saving electric one. Coupled with the new carpet and some added storage space, the room is much more functional and very comfortable. Many thanks again to Nick and crew, Keon, Sandy, and Zack for another terrific job. Jill and I would like to say a big thank you to Sandy, Zach, Nick, Keon and everyone else who worked on our kitchen, bathroom and flooring. We had a bathroom in our basement that we didn't think much could be done with but they did such a fantastic job that you wouldn't recognize it as being the same room. Thanks to Sandy's creative suggestions the upgrades in the kitchen - flooring (including front hall) , lighting, counters, look great. We love the wine rack Sandy! It looks like we have a brand new kitchen. We were very impressed with not only the workmanship but the professionalism and communication between everyone involved. Sandy and Zach were great to keep us updated every step of the way. The job was completed on time and within budget. We would highly recommend Snider Homes for any home renovation project and will definitely be calling them for our next project.
