We had patterned concrete at the front of the house that was buckling. Andrew sent a crew of four men to remove the existing concrete and replaced it with poured concrete. His crew were hardworking, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Andrew's Restoration in the future. I have passed his name on to a couple of people who live in the neighbourhood as well as a family member who was impressed with the work. Thank you Andrew for a job well done.

I have had George and his crew fix a few leaks in our basement in the past. This time, however, we were looking at renovating our basement and George mentioned that renovations was something they did before focusing on basement leaks. I was happy to have someone come into our home that I could trust and because he is a perfectionist, I knew the job would be done properly. Three rooms were renovated and a few more cracks in the foundation were found that needed to be repaired. The end result was a beautiful, fully insulated basement they we enjoy everyday. Thank you George, Adelina and your fabulous crew.

Craig McLean came to our home in Stouffville to assess cost and timing of replacing a bathtub and replacing an existing shower stall with a closet for towels and toiletries. After looking at the space, he went over exactly what he would do and in what timeframe. He came back with a contract and told us what we needed to give him (i.e. bathtub and tile selection). Pricing was very reasonable and came in under budget. He was very professional, courteous, respectful and clean. He arranged for everything to be delivered, so we had no worries. When the job was completed, he left the area clean and asked that we contact him if there were any problems. So far, so good and I love the tub (whirlpool and jets). I would definitely contact him if I needed renovations done again. Thank you Craig!!

I have called JAGG in the past to repair a leak at my previous home. They responded quickly, showed up on time and were there for the time allotted by their office. Excellent, courteous service. When I noticed a leak, I called the office and they had someone at my home within a couple of days. The problem was repaired and I was happy. So, when I sold my home and bought another one, we noticed a leak in the basement (which was nicely covered by the previous owner). I called JAGG again and they came out to see what the problem was. They noticed a crack on the outside that could pose a problem and gave advice on what should be done. Unfortunatley, this time, the experience was a little more frustrating. Because they were swamped with outside work, inside work was not a priority. We had to wait more than a month and then a power failure in the neighbourhood delayed the job again. In the meantime, it rained heavily and water started to come into the basement. Of course, this happens over the holidays so there is no one available. JAGG did come out the first week in the new year and fixed the problem. Their employees are pleasant, professional and courteous. They work quickly and clean up after themselves. I'm happy with the work done -- not happy about time delays and having to make the follow-up calls.

Anna, I do apologize for the delay in completing your repairs. We try our best to follow up and complete the work in a timely manner, however sometimes things don't quite work out. We have always tried our best, and after 11 years in business, frustrating our clients is not a goal we are starting. The end of the year is always a very busy time for us and we try to make it to all our clients before the holidays, this makes for some extremely long days around here.
As you indicated, the power did go out and at the same time the technicians arrived. They contacted our office and we advised them to wait for a time and see if the power would be restored allowing them to complete your repairs. However after 2 hours power had still not been restored and we advised them to continue on to their next repair. Keep in mind during the time these 2 technicians were waiting for power to be restored they were still being paid. These are costs we incur everyday and another delay we had no control over.
Thank you for the review, in the future we will attempt our best to ensure neither you nor any other customer feels frustrated. Again we apologize for all the frustration you felt. Hopefully next time we can provide you with better service. We wish you all the best in your new home.
