We contracted with Grant of Ace of Blades for the winter of 2014-2015. We have had a snowfall, and no service. I am so disappointed that they have taken my money. Reading other stories, it is the same thing. I am going to the police and filing a complaint of fraud. I am also taking this publically to CJOH and any other media who are interested. This is just wrong to smooth talk us into a service and not deliver. I will never do this again, nor recommend Ace of Blades. Avoid this company, they will give you a snow job! Email goes unanswered, it bounces back and the phone line message box is always full.
