I received Fedris number as a recommendation. So glad we found him. He was super easy to reach, organized, professional and reliable. His work exceeded expectation and cost was less than anticipated. Our tenants were super happy. HIGHLY recommended. We will definitely and gladly use his services again at our other properties.

Vince was awesome. I called during weekend and he was super pleasant and provided seamless transaction -he coordinated with our tenant and tenant also provided feedback indicating he was great! A++. Highly Recommended!
