I was very impressed with the scheduling and communication of the service provider. Jayson called ahead and was able to come earlier than scheduled as well. He worked efficiently and worked around all of our furniture and junk in the basement. I felt that if I had known a bit more ahead of time (what exactly was involved, how long it would take) that I could have been more prepared and helpful. He was not pushy with additional sales either which I find sometimes when you purchase a groupon. Overall I was very satisfied. Thanks for everything!
