I arrived home yesterday to a freezing cold house and non-working furnace. I called Reliable Home Environment and John and Vince were at my house in less than an hour. They were able to quickly find the source of the problem and fix it, and they did a thorough inspection to ensure there was nothing else brewing that would cause further problems. They carefully explained what they check and fixed. And they made several much appreciated recommendations. They were a pleasure to deal with!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We moved to a new home in August 2012. Because we have two dogs, we arranged with Vinyl Art to have a fence installed before we moved in. An agreed upon start date was in our contract and we took possession of our house two weeks early to allow for the fence to be installed before our move date. The actually installation started almost a month late. We had to call constantly for an update, only to be told that all their crews were busy. We have had some issues with the fence and have contacted the company numerous times over the last year via their website quick contact form, email and voicemail and have not once gotten a single response. One part of the fence is collapsing. Without the proper tools and materials to do the fix properly ourselves, the problem recurs every time there is a strong wind. We aren't sure it's going to survive any heavy snowstorms this winter.
