Called EdKo Enterprises after dealing with an ongoing slow leak in the basement. The best solution in our case was to trench weepers in the basement to control the flow of the water directly to the sump pump pit. After dealing with alot of stress Edgar and his team were with us every step of the way. Coming out to see us to diagnose the problem to providing a written well detailed quote so we knew exactly what we were getting. They showed up on time as promised, we paid the price as agreed to, and all around the family run company seemed to care for the customer addressing all our concerns. Great Service for a Great Price - I had an existing tankless water heater that stopped working after about 11 years. The unit kept turning off and on until finally it didn't work. Decided to buy another new one and after calling about 5 companies finally spoke with Chris from Convertible. He was there the same day to price the job. The day after Dieter (the installer) arrived with the new unit. Apart from the prompt service and fair pricing I really appreciated that when they said they would be at the house at a certain time they were there on time (in fact early) on both occasions. Dealing with previous companies this has been a real problem so it was a nice change.
