I bought an Oreck Vacuum, it works very well. The problem is there is no place to buy the bags, no stores, not available on line, and toll free phone number goes to Voicemail that no one responds to. I had to call 6 different phone numbers to get the correct one, but they don't seem to answer their voicemail. The USA call center does not ship to Canada and can only supply the phone number I called
