Very very happy with Franco and his team. I met him through another business and upon talking with him, decided to hire him to do the floor in my rental property. I was in the midst of 3 different renovations at the time and he was always available to answer questions even if they were not for a job he was getting paid for. Got my whole house done and his price was on par with some other quotes I got, IE End of the roll and I felt good getting someone who was dedicated for the same price.
