In spite of my loyalty to the business, Frank - the owner - purposely pawned off inferior lumber on me. It was split, warped, the kind of stuff you expect to get for half price anywhere else. He has no time for the little guy and is ill-informed. For someone who has been in the business all his life, it's astounding how little he knows. His delivery charges are not competitive and the delivery staff are lazy and careless. There are lots of other places to buy lumber.
