I had a leak and found MP in homestar. Given the rating I decided to call them. Alex came to my house and suggested to do checks to ensure there really was a leak.....once determined there was a leak, he told me he was going to start from toilet on top floor. I don't know to this day how he zoomed in where the issue was - NOT in the washroom, but kitchen ceiling. He only opened that area. I could have paid thousands of dollars finding and fixing the leak, but I'm grateful Alex representing Mr. Plumber did everything possible to minimize my expense. He fixed the leak. Alex was respectful, polite and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I feel he went the extra mile to ensure all my concerns were answered. I will definitely use Mr. Plumber again and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber.

Overall, Jim is a pleasant person. He's done a lot of work on my home, back in Aurora. Overall the work was ok. However, one watch out is that Jim tends to spend more time that he needs to as he charges by hour and he tends to do what what he believes it should be done vs what you ask him to. Personally I don't want him to do any more work for me. If you can manage such person then he can do good work. Not using him again nor would I recommend his services because of his way of conducting business.

I found John from PHG in homestars site. I was lucky he was able to come and see the work needed to be done and got to work on the project right away. John was professional, on time, finished the work when he said he was going to and he came to work even though he was sick (he didn't shake my hands :)). His work was neat and I would definitely recommend John. Hope he can do my kitchen as well.

Dean was a very likely guy at first. However, he is extremely unrealiable. I have a 1000 sq ft house. He's done painting, baseboards, 2 piece washroom in basement. My hole house was in disarrey . He had many excuses, car didn't work, father dying. I put my house for sale and renos were still being done. He ended up quitting or I fired him, not sure. Seems he came whenever it was good for him. I will not recommend using his services at all. He seems to know what he is doing but he has zero reliability.
