Together, the two companies provided me with a smooth, straightforward process when designing and installing my kitchen. Mohammed was respectable, knowledgeable and patient, and he presented as someone who was proud of a job well done. I called Master Drain and Water Works during the holidays when I had water coming out of my basement floor drain. Vitaliy worked around my busy schedule and arrived at a time that was convenient for me. The job turned out to be greater than expected but he completed the work efficiently and at the price he originally quoted. Vitaliy answered all my questions and he was very courteous and friendly.
