We used Homestars to choose three contractors to quote, and chose Avonlea because of the clarity in the pricing and the comprehensive and clear answers to all our questions. Avonlea started on time, kept a clean site, protected all the adjacent areas, finished on budget a day early, and the finished job is fantastic.

Our old furnace cracked its heat exchanger. Dani came out right away, priced our options and installed a new model. I recently had a really bad experience with Aire One of Brampton with an attempted rip off over a water heater, so was cautious. Happy to say dealing with First Class Mechanical was a pleasure from start to finish. Job was done on time, on price, and job site kept and left clean and tidy. Dani takes time to explain your options and the differences in the various models. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Excellent from start to finish. Process and options and pricing are all explained in detail, showed up on time, prep and site protection and cleanup all the very best. Results are amazing. Shower installed 20 years ago looks brand new, and with epoxy grout will stay that way. For any work of this kind in future, I would only call Greg.

We had an inferior leaf guard solution, poorly fitted some years ago, and so inevitably, gutters were filling with debris from overhanging trees and not functioning. Serge identified a couple of design/fitting issues with our existing gutters, and proposed what we we needed to do to put things right and then have a working leaf guard in place. Excellent experience from start to finish - on time, on price, great job. If only all contractors met these standards! Highest recommendation with no hesitation.
