Chris and his team worked diligently for over 5 hours removing dead trees, limbs, unwanted weed trees, planing a tree stump and trimming a 15 cedar hedge. Rick Starr visited my home to quote on 2 new basement windows and I ended up replacing a screen door also. Rick was very informative about the various types of laminated glass options to increase security of the windows. After installation, the installer had not completed the job to my complete satisfaction so Rick came over and finished it himself (removed old bars). Overall, I am pleased with the quality, security and look of the new windows and much nicer front screen door. I definitely recommend Starr Doors & Windows.

After a 5-month home renovation which included breaking up concrete floors, cutting tile and sawing lumber indoors because of the rainy spring and summer weather, the reno was finally complete and a terribly dusty house was left. Clean House sent a team of 3 hard-working ladies who left the house, including the newly-renovated basement rooms and all windows and blinds, shiny and clean. Great job!

Joshua and his helpers installed an IKEA vanity, sink and American Standard toilet in my renovated washroom. They had to do a work-around to install the IKEA sink as the drain purchased with the kit did not fit. They manufactured a drain with parts from Home Depot and stayed until the job was complete. A very professional job by polite, professional tradesmen. I won't hesitate to contact them again in future.

I heard about Templar from my daughter who knew a friend who used them and was very happy with their service and cost. I am having a basement laundry room and washroom renovated and testing showed asbestos in the laundry room floor tiles and drywall compound in walls and ceiling. Of 3 quotes, theirs was the lowest too. The entire Templar team is very professional and customer service is excellent. Thanks to Justin Schmitz and Greg Stewart for doing a great job insulating the recessed kitchen lights, building a new insulated attic hatch door, and blowing extra insulation in the attic space. They were focused on doing a great job, attention to detail, polite and pleasant, and cleaned up before leaving. I wasn't able to use my kitchen lights last winter because condensation caused water build up in the light fixtures and dripped out - very dangerous! Thanks for a great job - highly recommended.

Pierce provided a timely quote to disconnect downspouts from sewer and reroute. Work was done within 3 weeks of quote, very tidy work habits from the team. A pre-existing leak is to be repaired also. Very happy with Tip Top Troughs work and their professionalism; great job by Pierce and his team.
