Tom showed up early and assessed the situation in under a minute. He completed the job in 20 minutes and now our washing machine is good as new. I would recommend him to anyone.

I phoned The Mold Guy to get an inspection of my basement done at the end of October, 2014. Ross showed up the same day, 2 hours after I called. He was fantastic. He was calm, approachable, knowledgable and funny. His assessment assured me that I did not have a problem and his expertise verified it. He also continued to communicate with me over the last few weeks. He's fantastic. Don't hesitate to use Ross if you have a problem or if you just want piece of mind.
