Frank did air balancing on our new house. It is a smart thing to do as we are remodeling the use of the spaces and rooms. Frank is efficient, courteous and thorough. He even showed us how we can adjust the direction of our heating and cooling ourselves. A few weeks after, our furnace stopped working just as we really hit winter! We hesitated to call Frank as we didn't wish to imply it was his fault at all. But we learnt that Frank is a respected industry pro and thought he can at least give us an honest assessment before dealing with a contractor we don't know. He came over with a smile and even fixed the problem. Frank clearly goes above and beyond and he stands by his service. Thanks Frank.
