What can I say about Joe other than he is a life saver. We had a pair 10+ year old sky lights that recently started leaking again. The seals had finally gone and it was causing some water damage to our ceiling. Joe came, gave us a reasonable quote and originally a 2-3 week time frame to do the job. He also pointed out the errors the previous installer made. While waiting to get the job done we had a real bad rain storm. A fair bit of water started coming in. We called Joe who came back and looked again at our situation. Seeing that it was pretty bad, and the fact that the forecast showed several days of rain in the near future, Joe bumped us up and started the job early. Being early spring the weather was quite crappy and cold to be on the roof. Joe and his partner completed the job professionally in two days, installing them properly this time. I'd highly recommend Joe and bright skylights to anyone looking to install or fix existing skylights.

I've used Roadrunner bins twice now for projects. I love how they charge a flat rate with no surprises like some other junk removal / disposal companies. Customer service is always top notch as well. Quick story. I had a scheduled pickup on a Friday. They came to pick up the bin and saw I still had room to fill it. They called me from my driveway (I was out at the time) and told me they could leave it over the weekend free of charge if I wanted so that I could have a few more days to go through my house. When I do my flooring and back yard I'll be calling you guys again for my bin needs! Thanks
