I gave the owner a $3,000 deposit and it did not go to pay for my order. So when his distributor switched his paying terms I had to pay the distributor for the whole order. The owner never returns calls and when you call and he answers the phone he pretends its not him and says he is not there, when you know it is him and he is the only one that works there. When he finally put my shutters in after almost 3 months, it took him 4 trips because he would come and do 3 shutters at a time. He does not have a valid contractors license and has a F rating on the better business bureau. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
