I have used them in the past and the service was great. However, I gave them another house, once they didn't show up and when they had showed up after calling them they did a subpar job on the windows. There were windows that were left UNDONE! I had decided that I can give them another try since I had enjoyed my first experience with them but then once again, they did not show up and do not have the professional capability to even write an email or provide us with a phone call to say that they will not be working on our house. Even though they were the one that had seeked me out for their service. They lack professionalism and have no respect for the time of others.

Definitely a company worth hiring! I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my patio; the representatives at Duralock were not only able to give me great ideas but they worked with me to make sure that I was fully happy with the results. Not only are they innovated; they were able to execute the project on point and managed to do within an exceptional timeframe. The patio turned out gorgeous and well beyond my expectations. I will definitely be using them in the future and will be recommending them for anybody that is considering doing any type of interlock work. The outcome and my experience with them was impeccable! It was such a pleasure to work with such a professional and delightful group.
